Software Rental
Clients may rent RapidRep products in the Team Edition and Enterprise Edition based on an individual offer.
The rental agreement conveys the RapidRep Software to you for the agreed time of use. The software must not be used beyond this date.
The software will be installed on the customer's computers and removed after the term of lease has expired. During the time of use, the customer will receive maintenance and support for the programs employed.
Object of the rental agreement is the latest version of the software. The customer is obliged to install or have installed the latest version conveyed to him. The usage rights the customer receives only apply to this version. There is only an exception if the software version newly delivered to the customer is defective in such a way that working with this new version is unreasonable.
The software is loaned for personal use by the customer. The customer is unauthorised to entitle other third-parties to sublease or sublicence. The customer must also not entitle others to edit data that are not his own nor allow using the software in ASP. Only with a separately granted assent in writing by FINARIS does the customer acquire rights that authorize him to use the software in ASP or grant sublicences.
The amount of the contractually stipulated monthly rent results from an individual quote by FINARIS.
